Refund Policy

At Royal Signs GTA, all sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and/or approved.

Custom Orders

All signs, prints, designs, and related products are made-to-order based on customer specifications. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Order Approval

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details (including design, size, color, spelling, and specifications) before final confirmation. Royal Signs GTA is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable.

Full payments are non-refundable once processing or production has started.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Incorrect information provided by the customer

Delays caused by customer response time or external factors beyond our control
