1. Services

Royal Signs GTA provides custom signage, printing, branding, and related design and installation services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change due to material cost increases, design changes, or scope changes.

Taxes (HST) are additional unless explicitly included in the quote.

Any additional work requested after approval will be billed separately.

3. Orders & Payment

A deposit (usually 50%) is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed.

Full payment is required before delivery or installation.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of the order.

All payments are final once production has started.

4. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for final proof approval before production.

Royal Signs GTA is not responsible for errors (spelling, grammar, sizing, colors) once artwork is approved.

Color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.

5. Production & Delivery Timelines

Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays caused by suppliers, weather, client revisions, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

Rush orders may be subject to additional charges.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Custom products are non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved, are at the sole discretion of Royal Signs GTA.

7. Installation

Installation timelines depend on site readiness and weather conditions.

The customer is responsible for ensuring proper permissions, landlord approvals, and bylaws.

Royal Signs GTA is not liable for damage caused by existing structural issues.

8. Customer-Provided Materials

Customers confirm they own or have permission to use all logos, designs, trademarks, and content provided.

Royal Signs GTA is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations caused by customer-supplied materials.

9. Warranty & Liability

We provide limited warranty on workmanship as specified per product.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, vandalism, or environmental damage are not covered.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, images, and content created by Royal Signs GTA remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or engage in unlawful activities.

Content on this website may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian laws.

13. Governing Law
